Andy Clark speaks of this specific kind of extensivity in The Experience Machine. I wonder how you see yourself in that mode, that is, how your tools actually help define emergent properties of consciousness/cognition rather than simply enable or extend them.

There’s no clear distinction. Generative systems like LLMs are just those of particular architecures/problem spaces.

No matter how complex the semantic, syntactic, and hardware structures get, they all serve the purpose of building a system on linear algebra and backprop; the textbook ML pattern.
