His husband is from Michigan. He has a family now. I applaud him doing what was best for his family. He did more than enough for South Bend and the country as Transportation secretary. He continues to speak out about Indiana and politics on regular basis.

What about the 40% of Indiana that votes Democratic? They have no voice? These people are vial.

Purple in the 90s. Red didn't start more recently till the Republican gerrymandering started.

Indiana was purple. Never blue.

I grew up in Indiana. I left there 4 yrs ago. Its already a gerrymandered state. Its 60% Republican 40% Democrat. And the seats are 7-2. Also a lot of liberal leaning people there don't vote because they think thier vote doesn't matter.

Im from Indiana myself. Its rare we get to be proud of Indiana politics!

I didn't realize how different the world outside Indiana was until I started traveling. The more I traveled the more liberal I got. Because I seen the world outside the conservative bubble.

Lastly... a lot of red states have conveniently dumbed down thier populations. They are lied to from kindergarten on. It's the real grooming.

Watch exclusively conservative media for a month or two. I bet some of it will creap in around the edges. Its not hard to get people to belive lies if its repeatedly told over all media/news they consume.

I grew up in Indiana. When local-news, conservativenational news, and mostly everyone around you is saying the same thing. One of those things being.... the other side lies. Blame the rich men producing the propaganda. Its proven if you repeatedly hear lies you start to believe them.

Establishment Dems aren't far behind maga at this point. They just sell us out behind closed doors.
