Three new hires this week and tons of new roles. I know the #tech market doesn’t feel strong, but it sure feels like it is picking up.

Wild to think that remote jobs have decreased by 46% to less than 10% of available jobs. LinkedIn claims they receive over 46% of applicants. Could explain to why I get thousands of applicants per role. Seeing a huge trend to hybrid. I guess major cities will be where folks have to move to again.

I’m a #startup tech #recruiter and I haven’t been this busy since 21’ and 22’. Ngl it’s still tough out there. Plus TA teams have been decimated and we truly can’t keep up with applicants anymore. The #ai tools haven’t really made an impact on that front. Just wanted to share that
