I felt the draw to pull some cards after meditating this afternoon. What I’m getting from these is that while I’m frustrated by things that I cannot not control, things are going to get better and I’ll be getting some help soon. 🔮✨🌔 #tarotreader #tarot

I have been contemplating what to write since the horrible events of last week. My mind kept going back to the Prayer of St. Francis as it provides what I believe are guideposts to being a good human. To sum it up I wrote the sentiment below.

I'm still wrapping my head around the sudden shove back into the job market. It’s a lot to process. That said, I’m deeply grateful for the kind words and sentiments of WTF from many of my former coworkers. Your support means more than you know.

Today, I sent the following email to my congresspeople Representatives regarding LGBTQ+ rights. Please take action. History is repeating itself and something must be done.
A recent doom-scrolling session led me to a post warning, “Things are going to get worse. Hold on tight.” In that moment, though, the phrase transformed to, “Hold onto the light.” becoming a comforting affirmation for me. I hope you find a similar comfort in it as we step into the unknown this year.

I’ve had a few thoughts that I’ve woken up to in the middle of the night over the past week. In no particular order here are the ones that have stuck on through the waking hours:
1. Where’s the rage? Why does is seem awfully quiet from the Dems regarding the election?
