I've been shouted at about it, but I think my favorite artist Prince had to have been on the spectrum. He and I are a lot alike (not personality!)...but in approach to life. "Do it! Do it NOW! Do it BETTER! And F all y'all if you don't get it."

"Diagnosed" is the key word there. What about all the suic!des, kids who ran off to join the circus or the army, and folks who drank themselves to death, or the hermits?

RFK seems to think autism is environmental. That's pretty stupid. It's always been among us - we just didn't notice or care.

I had several reasons for not having children - one was I knew I'd never be satisfied with anything but 100%, and that 100% would always be an upwards target.
