Abit of a loaded image, but there's a Battle Zone near Wild Zone 8 that loops itself perfectly if you follow it's perimeter.
With a strong enough mon you can easily get 50-60+ battles a night.
2nd image shows possible trainer spawns, circled spots only have 1 trainer among those positions.
