Estée Lauder apparently was a major supporter of SOPA back in 2011/2012. At the very least, it's notable enough to be the first bullet point on the controversies section on their Wikipedia page.

it's French name translates to "undressed Goobbue", which is a different flavour of wrong.

And the Japanese… is „mossless Goobbue.“

In the German edition it's called the "Lichen’d Goobbue". Implying that it's not covered in moss (a kind of plant) but with lichen (a kind of algae).

almost criminal how the fairytale this film was based on doesn’t have its own page on the English Wikipedia.

They were most definitely aware the Petz connection was flaky at best, which is why they dropped the Petz moniker for the European release.

Not really. It's a mini game collection that happens to take place in a marine zoo… on an island.

and featuring anime-esque character art that belongs in a better game.

Post a game you remember playing, but no one else does.

I did see someone draw a parallel to Home Alone tho.

And fixing the glitch wasn’t as simple as downloading a patch off the internet. You either had to connect your copy of Ruby/Sapphire to another game (usually FireRed/LeafGreen or Emerald) and run the included patcher programme, or send your game pak to Nintendo to fix it for you.

It's called the berry glitch, because it most infamously caused planted berries (one of RS’s signature features) to stop growing for an entire year.

Slightly diminish a game.

My favourite is the Regalia, which goes super extra in its shifting in and out of flying animations, just like how it does in FFXV.

Well, there's mounts that transform depending on if you’re grounded or flying (and in some cases also diving).

The most notable being Demi-Ozma and the Ark.

1999 German Karstatt ad for new PS1 releases:

Driver, Metal Gear Solid, V-Rally 2 and Bugs Bunny: Lost in Time, each for 99.95 Mark.

(inflation-adjusted, that’d be 85 euros or 99 dollars)

'cept the Duty Finder was a thing in ARR too. And it was added to address criticisms about the way people got into content, instanced or otherwise, in Legacy.

what's funny is that the specific pair that Papalymo wears was added for players to obtain in the first ever post-release Patch: 2.1. And that’s in spite of the fact that there’s plenty of other gear pieces it shares its model with, including the plundered set (from f$%&ing Sastasha)

Cleared this pavement (and the one next to the street) yesterday at 9pm.
And here at 4am I’m at it again.

Probably the biggest indicator as what they were generally called in your neck of the woods is what the floppy drive itself was named for in My Computer in Win3.0 and above.

In English, it's clearly a "3½ Floopy", & always has.
It's only in other languages, like German, where you’d see deviations.

And this is only the eleventh such album released so far, which have been a semi-annual thing since 2011.

One of a number of German-exclusive SpongeBob content.

This is a parody cover of Alvaro Soler’s Sofia sung by SpongeBob and Patrick’s German voice actors (Santiago Ziesmer and Fritz Rott respectively) released as part of an album filled to the brim with parody covers like this.

Released as part of the Album of the same name which is brimming with parody covers just like this.

And there’s even more than one such album too.
