* ICE pulled Zeferino over while he was driving
* Zeferino asked if they had a warrant
* ICE asked for his ID
* Zeferino reached for his ID, they broke his car window and immediately handcuffed and arrested him.

This *should* be an unreasonable search and seizure, in violation of the 4th Amendment.
