I've officially run 365 miles for 2025! When the year started, this wasn't even on my radar. We have an amazing running community here in Salem, Oregon! 😍

Just completed the #runforthetrees5k #runforthetrees2025 #RunForTheTrees #happylittle5k virtual 5k, but I didn't stop there! I ran a total of 4.5 miles (7.2 KM) and achieved some amazing personal bests, including an 11:56 mile and a 38:21 5K. Plus, I had my own fan club cheering me on as I finished!

I said my main goal of this trip was to meet with Kilmar. Tonight I had that chance. I have called his wife, Jennifer, to pass along his message of love. I look forward to providing a full update upon my return.

Locals in Salem. SKSD support staff have been tasked with reviewing all IEPs due to changes at the Department of Education and the likely reduction in federal funding that our local school district depends on to take care of our children.
