Proud to say I didn’t use any bog though, despite the 100x100 being cut off angle by a third party (none of our daws can do mitre cuts on box section that big

Production to installation

These only really made sense to me once I saw where they were going
An intricate, heavy duty jig tacked to my welding bench, comprised of steel angle and square tube. I made this to be able to make five identical three dimensional sign mounts and have them remain square and true The finished product, an offset rectangular top on a rectangular box section base, all out of fifty by fifty millimetre square tube, powder coated black. In the background is a two meter wide by one meter deep low rectangular steel plinth also powder coated black which I made as well. There is a lightbox mounted on it which is about one point eight meters wide and two meters high which was constructed by another company. A shot of the sign mount in situ on the front left corner of the plinth the base sits on the edge of the laminate panel just inside the one hundred by one hundred millimetre steel box frame of the plinth with the offset top of the mount hanging over it at the front. There’s a black, folded aluminium panel at the front right of the plinth A front on view of the same so you can see how the plinth, the sign mount, aluminium panel and the lightbox all fit together

This is a favourite of mine, my understanding is the rough translation of Kilat from Bahasa Indonesia is lightning/bolt which is a nod to the singer Karina Utomo’s Indonesian heritage.
They’re well worth a listen as @fullmetalkitchen.bsky.social can attest.

Most of my collection of coffee making apparatus gathered together on a kitchen bench. There’s six caffetiera of varying sizes, a Japanese coffee syphon in its box, a Colombian pour-over bag on a metal stand, a Turkish coffee pot and an aeropress.
