That was not what I said. They are getting more rubles for the same amount of oil they export. So they can lower the deficit…

And isn‘t the gold price tied to the dollar? So they are getting more roubles out of the gold reserves of the national welfare fund?

Aren‘t they more export oriented than import? So in the short therm it would help them with the gov. deficit?
