That’s just not true. Look at the games this season before the injuries. Look at the end of last season - we should have come 4th but ended up 5th (good because of the Europa league, but not his plan). Injuries likely related to him - are you confident there won’t be more injuries if he stays on?

Yes, an outlier in the premier league. He has had 66 games since then in which he has shown no signs of figuring out how to be consistently successful in that league.

This is what I remember. I remember the first 10 games of his first season. I also remember the team not being able to replicate that sort of consistency since. Those first 10 games seem increasingly like an outlier. If he could capture that form again it would be awesome. No evidence that he can.
