I've always thought once I pay off my student loan I'll be miles better off, but by the time I've paid it off that "gain" will have been swallowed by inflation and fiscal drag.

It barely has any games that aren't remakes/remasters, it's currently quite unappealing to me. Maybe once the library has fattened up and the extent of backwards compatibility with Switch 1 games is understood I'll be more interested.

Wealth taxes don't particularly work, and are extremely high in operating costs and time, we should be looking elsewhere. Removing loopholes, reducing small business tax avoidance, National insurance on pensioners. Land value tax instead of council tax, VAT exemptions removed, and a luxury good band

Deregulation doesn't help when industry is doing something collectively as standard. The regulations are engraved in every process, there will be no benefit to not carrying on doing what they already were.
