This is one reason why strict diets don't work.

Plus, they are incredibly stressful, demoralizing, and hard on your social life.

Oh yeah, and also small thing but DIETS DON'T EVEN WORK. Unless your intention is to become obsessed with food to an ironically unhealthy degree.

the actual “obesity crisis” is that fat people are prescribed eating disorders instead of real treatment. we get treated later than thin people if at all and then we are blamed when we have poorer health outcomes.
