It’s important to watch & also listen.📍There is a period of time where Taylor is UNARMED-the knife & wrench are on the ground at the feet of officers.📍No less lethal munitions or other techniques are used.📍A story was creative immediately on scene that carried through the DA & KBI. @maddow.msnbc.com
