Windfields, Oshawa, ON. What any new suburb should look like. Still pretty car centric, but at least has a multi-use trail, sidewalk oriented development, and amazing streetscape. No where near perfect, but a nice way to make suburbia not soulless.

All the proof you need that cycling is absolutely doable in the winter. This is in the Toronto suburbs (VMC, a development TOD area, still fairly car centric).
