Hace ≈3 semanas, en la Casa Blanca se firmó un papel ante las cámaras diciendo disparates sobre 100M de preservativos para Hamás.

Poco después, este centro cerró sin aviso, como tantos otros en África.

If the new U.S. administration shuts down DHS program as part of its anti-science/anti-academic agenda, it would trigger the largest data blackout in the history of dev. countries. There would be neither the funding nor the means to design meaningful, evidence-based policies.
