The cause was blaming the crew for failing to follow the train order.

#OTD 12/18: 2024 A Pecos, Texas train-truck collision wreck occurred in which a Union Pacific Railroad intermodal freight train (3 GE AC45CCTEs & 1 AC44CWCTE) slammed into the trailer, derailed, and killed 2 and injured 3. The cause was still under ongoing investigation.
