This week was chocolate chunk toffee cookies. I'd never made toffee before, so that was a fun experiment. I chopped up the chocolate a bit chunkier than usual for chocolate chunk cookies. Overall, the cookies spread more than I'd like, but I can fix that next time. These are going to the office.
