Went swimming at the Y for like an hour...I'm a lil dead now but it was so nice.

It was a good day body didn't get extra angry & I got to play lots of Sims which is apparently good for my heartrate...i need to do more research/testing😂

Having a #dynamicdisability #chronicillness #chronicpain is so frustrating.
For 3 days I was able to get 6 to 8 min on the cubii (under desk elliptical) but today got 2 min in & my ankle was screaming at me😭 My hr is also being very reactive today.

Wanting community but being easily overwhelmed is rough. Than add being inconsistent with communication/hangouts cause of dynamic disabilities.

I think i might hate this part of clean laundry the most...compression socks matching game they are all black but not the same tightness & some are different sizes I really need to invest in some easy to match ones😆

Life is about to be so much harder!!! I hate the health care system I'm grateful to have any coverage but I'm not longer going to be able to see my pt/omt provider who i had been seeing 2times a week & I was making improvements (small but in the right direction)

Putting all my photos on a hard drive starting the year without any photo gallery on my phone will be strange af
The plan is to actually do something with the photos I collect not for them to just be sitting on my phone.
