Found that shop on Etsy, good reviews but I haven’t purchased. I also like a looser lighter sun guard and their stuff is more like swimsuit / surf shirts.

In this thread: people who don’t sew/ realize it’s nigh impossible to dye/print on UPF. I’ve sewn some of my own sun clothes it’s a bitch, they’re ugly. I found a few decent tie dyes from Lululemon, mtb jerseys from Dharco, plain white or grey hooded tops from OR and Prana.

Now with 20% more cricket legs!

I didn’t actually realize Temu DOES operate local warehouses so my point doesn’t necessarily stand up - but if I’m importing THEN selling I pay the tariffs. If I’m shipping something to an individual in, say, Australia, I don’t register as a customs broker in Australia I just use a broker

Technically they aren’t the importer, they are a direct to consumer platform. There isn’t even a WAY for them to pay the tariffs.

Because they used to have government jobs and now have to drive Uber to get by.

As a Canadian, I find this SO absurd that it feels like we’re all being trolled?? Like they included a journalist on purpose, to distract from what they’re ACTUALLY doing that’s even worse??? How could the secretary of defence truly be this incompetent?

I bought Kaiju (pre-ordered!), borrowed 2 Zoe’s , fuzzy nation, and Lock-In from the library, and pirated another Zoe. (My library didn’t have it.) Also borrowed a few others from the library back in the day (JDATE, etc.) I would purchase another Scalzi in the future. Long live libraries!
