Mark, even if it’s true do you think they will follow the rules? The court has his dollars in their pocket. They can do anything they want without oversight.

So I own a med practice, hands down the best way to lower costs for patients is to lower costs for providers. Needs to be more oversight for 3rd party payers. They deny what they want for no reason or vague reasons or just refuse to pay and we have to spend so much time energy and $$$ to get paid.

I also want to say that as a psych NP I’ve been grateful for the cost plus drugs site. It’s really lifesaving. My patients with insurance were sometimes being charged up to $400 for a 30 day prescription of lurasidone (generic Latuda) that you have on your site for just over $12. Thank you!
