As a city person, it would be cool to have an infinitely repairable fridge, washer, dryer, and HVAC system. I get pretty far in repairing and keeping my appliances alive now, but the economically rational, environmentally perverse specter of planned obsolescence seems to find me eventually

I wish people would see the practical side of solving homelessness. It's cheaper and more pleasant to solve the problem in the long run rather than moving the problem around a city in the short term. Of course there are multiple deep systematic issues to solve

I agree with you. I feel like plumbers and HVAC technicians for example need to carry a lot of parts around and use their vans. Electricians seem to need a little less capacity. Maybe something this size would work for them 🤷‍♂️ www.cargocycling.com/cargo-cycles... payload is about 400 lbs
