They could have drawn over the AI to make the sketch but yeah. It just that right side hand doesnt make any sence
Why would he draw 5 finger in it if the other one has 4? And why is the index finger behind the staff like that? That just dont look an artist would have made it

I know some of these can be error of an artist like the weird spots on top of color. But the left feet and right paw (hand) make it pretty clear that it's most likely AI generated.

I'm really sorry if I'm ruining your day with this but unfortunately that might be AI generated. I hope it isn't because in that case you got scammed.
My reasons to believed that is that the art has weird artifacts in the line art and coloring and also one of the hands has 5 finger and the other 4.
