Anyone else catch the nasty thing going around? Going on 1 week. I have not been this sick in years. Nasty Old fashioned influenza. Didn’t get my flu shot either - out of pure scatterbrained-ness. Recovering … but dang. This one hit HARD! Had me in the hospital! 🤒

From 1 of my fave writers, Bret Easton Ellis- might be my fave from him so far. Also making a playlist of all the songs he’s name-dropping throughout the story. I love that his books set a tone with a described soundtrack. Also: It’s TERRIFYING! #booksky
