It feels funny that this is the outcome of a day spent in the driveway of a cold and windy day with a table saw and routing table.

@asavage.bsky.social It's a 5cm fundamental frequency, with 1/3, 1/5, and 1/7 harmonics. The 1/5th frequency has a wavelength of 1cm, the half wavelength of the fundamental is 2.50cm, about 1.5% off an inch. The tattoo ends 40cm from the tip of my middle finger.

Super raw here, but I've made a sine wave mixer with pygame and mido, and it's started to do some beat frequencies that sound cool. Got the lights working and everything. github.com/danner/heatw....

Some sourcing progress on HeatWave, my stainless steel Ruben's tubes. I'm aiming to resonate the tubes at 35hz to 300hz.
