Another pre-modelling ocean bath. Not because I was dirty and needed it this time. Just for the thrill of the cold water. And boy was it cold 🥶. You should have heard the girly squeals as I got in 😅. But I felt great afterwards, as you always do. Short term pain, long term gain.
