Morning rolls prepared last night for baking this morning.
Out of fridge, brought to room temperature, then 20 minutes at 220°. Cooled, then filled with Grilled Back Bacon and Grilled Tomatoes.
Best ever Breakfast Roll. Loved them!

SATURDAY DINNER:
An old favourite I've been making for 25 years. Chicken breast beaten to an escalope, coated with Parmesan and Panko Breadcrumbs, served with a Chickpea, cumin, garlic and lemon, puree. Delicious! 😋😋

SUNDAY DINNER:
A great take on Shepherds Pie!
Slow cooked Lamb Shoulder, Lamb Gravy, Carrots, Shallots, topped with Crushed New Potatoes mixed with Cabbage, then 30 mins at 190°. So tasty!

As usual with me FRYDAY was FISH DAY. Last night this fantastic Cod Loin, marinated in Soy, Maple Syrup, Ginger, Garlic, Rice Vinegar, Sesame Oil. Roasted 10 min at 200°, served with Noodles tossed in hot marinade. Chilled SpanishWhite. Loved it.

As usual with me, FRYDAY is FISH DAY. Tonight, Haddock n Chips. But a bit more. In Scotland 40 years ago, most chippies sold Chips and "Dressed Fish," ie. Fish in breadcrumbs, not batter. So, Oven wedges (in dripping) Fab. Haddock Loin,Dijon Mustard, Panko Breadcrumbs. Delicious! Loved it.

Tonight, Poached Smoked Haddock on Crushed Charlotte Potatoes and Shredded Cabbage (both from the garden) topped with a Poached Egg and a Grain Mustard Butter Sauce. Sauvignon Blanc.
Spectacular dish. Loved it!
