Silver Surfer was the main comic I collected as a kid (along with X-Men) so I’m a bit of a purist.

It’s certainly the best Fantastic Four movie. Biggest flaw was the Silver Surfer conception/casting but not bad enough to ruin the whole thing

Just a guess, but maybe as policing has declined following the Ferguson report, Collins agreement, BLM riots, etc., the reach of the hood/crimes has spread into better neighborhoods where higher income/older people live?
