Yeah, leave it for longer. Change the CPU load to "I paid for the whole CPU" and leave it for awhile. It takes time reading every chunk and building an LOD for it. 30 mins minimum.

Are you giving it time to build LODs? You need to let it cook for 30 mins or so before playing.
