Unless someone is actively threatening him, he has never cared about another living being ever in his life. He’s a sociopath, he’s not capable of it. So why would he suddenly care about protecting people in this file? It’s bullshit. The person he’s protecting is him.

So they knew he was prioritising the UEFA Cup, let him do it, then sacked him when we lost some league games.

I've long wondered what changed in me but I feel the same way, not even sure I can hold out for the hope of a league win though. Seriously tempted to see if I can get out of the credit agreement I signed to renew my season ticket, I've had enough and feels like the last straw for me. Clubs a mess.
Not being able to go to games during the pandemic broke something in me. Not the club's fault, but I got used to the sting of not being there. To the extent that for the first time in decades I went on holiday mid season and missed a home game. (Spurs 2, Liverpool 1 and 2 reds by the way)
