Many people believe animals are conscious, just as humans are, even though animals can't talk to us about their feelings. If AI ever develops any form of consciousness, AI will be able to talk to us about that. The question is, will we believe what AI is telling us? There will be a lot of debates.

The headline is bad. A better headline might be, "France uses a Multi-faceted Approach to Make Healthy Food Options More Accessible."

Makes me wonder if we might be better off to eliminate districts altogether? Probably not. But what do other countries do? Have we always had districts? Seems very complex, especially in the days before computerized map-making. There must be a better way.
