I’ve linked my accu chek device to an app called mySugr, all my readings have been put in a graph etc, pretty cool way to keep track of it.

I need to do some more checks to get my A1c %

I’m back on iOS again so I’ve just been adding my blood glucose levels onto my apple health app to keep track.

When I was diagnosed my glucose level was 30.4 mmol/L

I’ve lost weight recently due to being diagnosed with diabetes. Cutting out as much sugar as possible and alcohol also helped. Worth a try if you haven’t already.
