As part of Oakland’s MLK Day of Service, there were 52 volunteer events around the town. I volunteered with Keep Oakland Beautiful at Union Point Park. Our group of volunteers picked up trash, planted native plants, and painted over graffiti. @cityofoakland.bsky.social Mayor Barbara Lee stopped by!
