Depends on why they're leaving. If the reason is because they're seeing OTHERS suffer, welcome them. If they're leaving because THEY are suffering, leave them to die on the vine because they have not and will not change.

Same. Paid over $1,000 to savings last month! That includes $500 extra towards debt. It was beautiful. Lol.
