So, with the closure of Anthem arriving in January, I thought I'd jump into it again since.. 2020. Especially since Destiny just.. hasn't been it lately, and I'm pleasantly surprised how good the game feels.
Idk why it didn't do better, but I will actually miss this.

So, after 1600 resets of Zapdos, we didn't get the shiny Zapdos.. but we did get the shiny Articuno after 23395 total soft resets. And while that's an INSANE number, it did finally arrive!

I may have forgot to post it cause I got so drawn into Neon White, but I finished Devil May Cry 4 recently as well! This is one from the backlog and can say the grindy achievements suck, but man was everything else a blast. It may not be favored by others much, but it's certainly good.

Maaan, another completion down and I have to say that Neon White, for as cringey as the story is, is a good game. The gameplay is super super fun and would recommend it off that alone. Super fast paced missions where you can almost choose your own path..

So, it's not really a surprise for most people who know me that I love Mega Man X, so to get this done (as well as the first collection) feels really nice. :) Obviously, I highly recommend it.
Can't wait to go and play MM9 and 10 for their completions later.

A second one in the same night?? A wonderful time, albeit grindy for achievements. But it's a very fun rhythm game regardless. A lot of goofy homages and unique songs. Definitely give it a go if you don't care about achievements, but if you do, prepare to grind.

A fairly short game but was a nice little sequel to when Turnip Boy committed tax evasion. Roughly a 6 hour jaunt through a funny bank with some fun bosses. Would recommend if you wanna have a short but fun time.

All I had to do was the "collect all of x" achievements and one no hit. 🤦♂️
Either way, great game, fun and simple. Now if only I could get the Shadow version.. ;)

So, as part of my continued effort to clean up my achievement backlog, I stumbled across Super Meat Boy... I was near the finish line and stopped playing years ago. But it had to be done, and I did it. Hard as nails platforming that I only recommend if you love tough games.

Jusant (hey another French game) is a cute little romp through a desolate land. It was a quick completion but I enjoyed my time. Even though it's listed as an Adventure-Puzzle game, the puzzles are very easy and is more about exploring the world and piecing the story together. :)

What can I say that no one else has? 10/10. My favorite RPG to date, even beating my previous #1 of Legend of Dragoon. Story, gameplay, characters, art, enemies, bosses, everything is amazing. And that feels like I'm still understating how good it is.

I know plenty of people probably have gotten through most of E33, but one of the coolest areas I've seen (and really the whole game is a collection of epic and wicked looking scenery) has to go to this. I wish I could gif it, but a still image should still do it justice.

Oh, man. I'm finally finished (mostly) with all of the old Assassin's Creed games. It's just some more tedious things in AC4 with its multiplayer.. but otherwise, I'm free to explore the HUGE worlds of the new AC games.
