By that logic, why are police paid by taxpayers protecting any event? Parades? Festivals? Marathons? Are those all drains on society as well?

Yeah it's only really become a pain point for me in the last 18ish months when gen z have "discovered" Guinness and it's exploded in popularity in the UK. It's a good beer, but if I walk into a pub and spot a group of youngsters getting ready to order at the bar, I'm better off going to the next pub

It's very good. My only beef is with people placing an order for multiple drinks at the bar and ordering the Guinness last. Rookie move.

I'm all for food trucks... When they're not priced like full service restaurants. If "making it easy" helped with that, I'd be in favor, but I have my doubts. The ones pulled up near my office offer $20 lunches 😕
