isometrics is a very important tool in the box most people don't use

man rave about farmer strength that comes from isometric holds that you actually do while working
but ohohoho never touch that shit in the gym as it does not build mass hohohohoho

this summer i will go down hard on the bodyfat
it was countertuitive last year to do the bulking before the summer but now i put myself in the perfect position to do so
even after the cardio challange i will have 2 month of pure fat burning phase available and i'm already dropping weight

bc ligaments are get their food through static streatching and tension
after a good workout a few rounds of 30 sec holds are great for ligament health
many people really misunderstand stretching specially static stretching
it was not about improving your mobility in the sense to advance it or make it better
but to make the tendons/fascia and muscles to relax with tension
they are like mini iso holds, makes the system relax
that improves quality

i could do a crazy deep stretch after rowing
not sure if it will help in my problem with my glute problem
i think it is a combination of a muscle shortening and sitting on very hard surface for hours

the best thing about wrestling arts is the insane amount of planes you have to move compared to regular stuff
the worst part is that it ruins your body in the long run bc people are too dumb to do it as a hobby and not as a top sport
