Absolutely - and I appreciate honesty from a manager, but there are times for that honesty and times you need to build players back up. I'm not sure it's a smart move to come into a club and immediately talk about how poor all the players are and what a tough job you have.

A massive part of management is getting heads up, confidence up, doing the simple things right - the fact they are failing at this is more damning on Amorim than his tactics are.
