every single company has management that is so out of touch with the workforce it's incredibly upsetting. so many situations where hard workers get snuffed so hard they give up on trying bc their managers wanted to take advantage of their hard work for quick gains, instead of rewarding/encouraging

the absurdity that the entire country is run by entitled assholes who's whole job is to maximize profits at the detriment of everyone involved below their pay grade is disgusting and explains why things are run so shitty. why do we pay the most $ to the people who do the easiest jobs on less hours?
