I am back from Texas! I miss the food. I brought back some tortillas, so I figured we should make some tacos! Homemade, smoky salsa roja with chipotles and tomatoes. Charro beans, made with chorizo and bacon and pinto beans!! Packed with flavor, these beans are full of love.
