I love Final Fantasy, and I want to be a hero to the ones I love. I hope whoever reads this remembers to seek joy, and to embrace whimsy. 💖

I had an experience as a hyur in a duty roulette in which the entire party was (coincidentally) all hyurs, and my party - completely unprovoked - proceeded to speak of the other races in a way that had the same flavor as real-life white supremacist rhetoric. Instant fanta. I never played hyur again.

Some people really think the world revolves around them...

Even assuming that people will use the game for that, the real issue is the violation of consent. These horror stories happen because boundaries are not respected or even acknowledged.

This has happened to me like 20 times omfg

I know how to put it into words. It's racism. The races might be fictional, but the mindset is the same.

I'm blown away. It's really like you made a drawing and it came to life 🥺

We're of one mind about that. I should have clarified that I don't mind creators using their imagination to make something fantastical seem more believable. That's pretty much what sci-fi is all about. I just think when fans bicker over it is when they've lost the plot.

It will never not be funny to me when fandoms for giant robots will complain about realism.

Imagine Gundam Unicorn without the cool glowy bits. I'd die.

It's been years since I last saw a Mew drawing from you. So pretty! 💖

I used to keep track of the people who owned Reddit, so this is the least shocking part to me.

She was spreading disinformation about trans people, not misinformation. Make no mistake, she places her hatred above the facts.
February 4, 2026 at 2:47 AM
That's fair, I don't get that last point in the picture.

Thank you for not insta-blocking me like some people already have. I try my best to be clear, but the character limit makes it so hard...

Yeah I was being a bit charitable. Sometimes I recall that whole trainwreck just to laugh about it.

Well I don't think there's ever going to be a utopia, but mankind can always try to improve if they have the wills to do so.
February 3, 2026 at 8:53 AM
It's alright, I'm sure we're both passionate about this. I just think understanding people and spreading that understanding is a slow but essential part of nourishing the success and health of a revolution.
February 3, 2026 at 8:52 AM
The existence of social theories matters little when the overwhelming majority of people don't read. It's important to chip away at the work of spreading consciousness, I just don't want a revolution that creates another demagogue after the revolution eats itself.

After all, Napoleon took France, and that is very much a reflection of the attitude of the revolution.

I wasn't under the impression that we were having a debate. There's a nuance to my anti-capitalism that I am trying to convey here, which is not a stance of anti-violence, but one of anti-vengeange. Enemies can be destroyed, but the intent behind the destruction will color the society which follows.
February 3, 2026 at 8:42 AM
I think we're more in agreement than I'm coming off to you. Maybe we're using the word empathy diffrrently, but nurture is what makes these monsters, and everyone is capable of becoming one. I never said anything about feeling what they feel, or suffering their lifestyles to exist.
February 3, 2026 at 8:39 AM
Capitalism is victimizing both of these demographics of children. I prefer a classless society. I'm not here playing devil's advocate or being a centrist, I just think understanding the seeds of this is important so that future people hopefully don't repeat mistakes of history.

I think Code Geass is bullshit because it feels like everyone was drunk when they made it.

I remember watching Teletubbies as a kid and i was utterly transfixed, not out of wonder, but of horror.
