Unfortunatly, it doesnt matter. Dems have little power in congress/the senate and we did not give them the majority. Even if they were balls to walls fighting the gop. The house and senate leaders can shut alot of it down. Voters fucked up.

.../2 someone is going to have an issue. And if prices for homes drop too much you have 2009 all over again. I do admit, my house in calif being worth almost tripple what i paid in 15 years is a bit nutty.

Right thats the catch 22. I own 2 homes, one bought in the 08 housing crisis we currently rent, one my wife inharited. I want people to afford a home but i 100% do not want to lose equity. Its a bad catch 22, either ppl keep getting prices out, or owners lose money. No matter what ur solution..

Sadly this is a flaw in our system of gov. Congress should have removed his ass already, but they wont. The doj is under exec control, and hes immune from anything for officam duties. Have to be convicted. You need 67 votes to convinct. If the dems sweep everything in 26 flip all states, they will have 68 votes. The odds of that happening are basicly zero. So youd need gop support. Right now dems best option is ~54 seats. Tx,oh,ia,ma,ak,nc,ks. Need gop to convict

There are many advantages to self driving cars over human ones. If they crack it. Many people, like myself, would love a fsd car. I hate driving, but its a nessicary evil. Do i think tesla will crack it? Fuck no. I think tesla pushed the progress on fsd backwards.
