What about courtyard blocks like what @urbancourtyard.bsky.social has been advocating? Could this work in Metro Van? What changes to code/zoning need to occur?

Assuming a transfer station at Brentwood has to be deep underground due to slope south of Lougheed and existing M-Line viaduct, making it technically unfeasible/cost prohibitive to transition to viaduct along Willingdon.

If were talking strictly elevated viaduct and assuming they can largely be built along these corridors..

Millennium Coquitlam - PoCo/Fremont 5km
Expo King George - Newton/Scottsdale 9km
Expo Waterfront - Kensington 10km
Phibbs - Moscrop 7km
Total 31km
