As much as I love Scotland, I just miss being warm.

I should and want to do so much more but I'm so limited by stupid anxiety that is so ingrained in my head that it feels impossible to ever get rid of.

It's so limiting in any form of activism and I don't know how to fix my brain.

Because I don't really have a social life outside of work, I forget how bad my social anxiety can get.

Also working around people who are completely ignorant to what's going on the world everyday is so exhausting

I'm on a management team and I have two higher managers and one of them hates me and one of the says I'm the favorite to work with and my brain can absolutely not handle this.
