I know we’re all the main characters of our own stories. I get that.

Still, you don’t always have to make it about YOU when someone is sharing something about THEM. 😘🫶🏾

Movie Review: Your Name. (2016)
An emotional roller-coaster of a twisted, time bending love story that will have viewers invested in the circumstances and fate of two lovers. Although the ending is a bit ambiguous, this movie is visually beautiful and heartwarming. 4.5/5⭐️

Movie Review: Incantation (2022)
The best parts of this movie is the will power a mother has to protect her child no matter the circumstances. However, the weakest is the actual threat being a convoluted curse that takes a full conspiracy board for someone to understand it. 3/5⭐️

Movie Review: Wicked For Good (2025)
A emotional roller coaster of a film that explores broken friendships, public perception, and the endurance of doing the right thing. A heart enduring tale that will have you in a tear jerking spiral while singing and cheering. 4.5/5⭐️

Movie Review: Wicked (2024)
A whimsical and enchanting tale of friendship, doing what's right, and circumstances that tests your character. Though there were way too many songs, the foreshadowing and nods of events to come will have anyone excited for more. 4/5⭐️

Bring Her Back (2025)
This film has a great interpretation of grief manifesting itself into monstrous ways. The inclusion of a disability adds a layer of tension as well. A solid film that has some disturbing visuals and bold plot choices. 4.5/5⭐️

Talk To Me (2022)
A uniquely modern tragic horror movie. A fresh depiction of grief and the consequences of holding on to it for too long. Along with accurate teenage performances, this movie deeply sad while being electricly sinister! 4.5/5⭐️

V/H/S (2012)
The set up for the initial plot felt unnecessary and cringe. However, as soon as the anthology started to happen, the film finally picked up speed and held an intense and unpredictable atmosphere the rest of the way through. 4.5/5⭐️

Longlegs (2024)
The cinematography and direction is very strong and compelling. The acting is settle and haunting. However, the reveal was a bit of a copout. The film should have stayed within the parameters that was first presented. 3.5/5⭐️

Candyman (1992)
A true horror love tragedy. A sensual look in being remembered, twisted love, and becoming a legend. Great practical effects, great set up for kills, and some amazing acting. A horror classic that deserves all of its flowers. 5/5⭐️

Weapons (2025)
A wild ride! Alot of great aspects in this movie. How the mystery unfolded, the different character perspectives, and the grand finale were all done very well. Some things I wish were explained more, but still worth a watch! 4.5/5⭐️

Companion (2025)
A disturbing technological allegory to a abusive relationship infected by control. The plot got a bit convoluted and repetitive, but the overall message of loving yourself and freedom are strong enough for a watch. 3.5/5⭐️

Host (2020)
Wow! Definitely worth the hype this movie has gotten! A simple yet good set up, some really great acting, and amazing audio mixing. Right when the scares start, it doesn't let up and will genuinely have you on edge the whole time! 5/5⭐️

I Know What You Did Last Summer (2025)
The changes to the original story felt very refreshing and nuanced. Some characters were written better than others, but overall the movie is entertaining if you're already a fan of the past films. 3/5⭐️

Fear Street: Prom Queen (2025)
Kinda hard to imagine this being in the same vein as the other movies. Its pacing is off and the script is boring. Had some decent deaths but all the 80s nostalgia in the world couldn't save this movie. 2/5⭐️

The Passenger (2013)
A very emotional horror flick. A great depiction about living life on the extremes of action and inactive. Seeing those elements collide and bounce off each other was heart wrenching and definitely worth a watch! 4.5/5⭐️

The Watchers (2024)
This movie was interesting. Themes of wanting to belong and letting go of the past are strong, but the cohesion of them with the lore dump of the film is lacking. A film that has alot of jammed puzzle pieces put together. 3/5⭐️

The Monster Project (2017)
The actual idea and plot of this movie is interesting and unique. Using found footage was a great addition, but the execution of said idea was off. At some point the scares got repetitive and the ending fell flat. 2.5/5⭐️

Look away (2018)
A really solid movie. A look into giving into your darkest desires and simply wanting love from those that are supposed to give it. Though it was longer than it should be, this movie was overly dramatic in the best way! 3.5/5⭐️

Black Christmas (1974)
A chilling movie that was ahead of its time. Though some storylines broke the tension at times, the film still had a underrated final girl, disturbing voice acting, and a bleak ending that will make anyone feel hollow. 4/5⭐️
