You'd hope that would be a wake up call for the Democrats, but no. And I hope we all still remember 2024, where the Democrats were practically intentionally incompetent on the campaign trail, with even *more* promises of "we're just gonna keep doing the same shit".

Beyond THAT, the DNC was completely unprepared for the Trump brand, which is politics without "decorum". Then we get four years of Trump, his term ending with record low approval ratings and a disastrous handling of the pandemic, and despite *all of that*, Biden won by a *hair*.
