We commend the court’s decision to uphold the integrity and independence of the NLRB by ordering Gwynne Wilcox to be returned to her seat. A president cannot undermine an independent agency by removing a member of the board because they disagree with them. aflcio.org/press/releas...

Okay, Medicaid is great, but oh my does it need fixing. Please end Medicaid Estate Recovery. Currently, federal law requires states to attempt to “recover” funds used for the benefit of the Medicaid recipient. Oftentimes this means taking the family home once long term care has started.
