The Earthworm Jim 3D stream is now even funnier.

I'm excited to eventually play the other ones, and see what things I should be mad about specifically I guess.

Cause the desert isn't great. Among other things. People complain about power recycling via the psychic thing, but few Metroid games introduce (a lot of) truly new moves.

I'm an avid Metroid fan, but never played any Prime game cause my options were emulation, get a Gamecube and track down copies, buy the expensive trilogy or just own an Wii U.

I'm enjoying Prime 4. It's worse than 2D Metroid for sure. But there's a strong appeal to being Samus in first person.

Now you understand how pissed I am that Troy Baker didn't even get nominated for this role at TGA, especially when he probably should have won.

I don't even want to play that many high end PC games, cause I have a PS5, most of what I want is older shit not on consoles, and some games that benefit from keyboard/mouse like Baldur's Gate 3.

So yeah, I've been wanting to upgrade hardware for ages, this might be it. Hope it's priced right.

My desktop is old and bad. My laptop sucks for gaming.

The Cube is really appealing cause I can set it as a console in the living room and it seem easy enough to move to my desk when I need to use it for projects, It already showed it running Godot even.

Glad I finally got my MiSTer, looking forward to have a free afternoon to play these on the Saturn core.

When having fun wasn't really an option (cause the 3DS isn't fun), the choice was clear.

But now? Do I want pain and knowledge, or do I want enjoyment and naivete?

That sucks...

At least it's one less game I'll want to spend money on this year.

I spent 300€ on FF Magic cards the other day. It's fine, give in.

Don't give in too often, but every one in a while is still fiscally responsible, you're not taking money to the grave.

Price aside, like, this has a more unique style than Concord, yet I feel it looks worse. Somehow it's less derivative, but also more bland. It doesn't live up to the promise of some of the marketing/cinematics.
The art concepts feel a bit undercooked.
