I have terrible memory to the point I've double dosed, but fortunately my old one was low dosage. The new one I have to not do that cause it's 300mg.

Took that for a year, but went off it cause it killed my drive & motivation. They put me on Bupropion instead.
They never told me to take them at a specific time, just daily and I never had side effects for missing a day, so I guess it varies depending on the person.

Even if it is the case. People with big followings/more interactions get seen and people with small followings are overshadowed, which might be why small accounts are seeing no difference.

If someone does see my posts alot, that means they're a big fan of my posts, because they will be shown to people who interact alot. The average person won't interact much cause I don't post enough baity stuff, lol. 😅

I know when I looked it up some months ago, the internet told me "No, it doesn't increase reach in for you, only comments," but now it seems to have changed and says it does. I don't know why it wouldn't be listed as a benefit though, if it does.

The features listed on the subscription page still only mention boosting replies and nothing about boosting posts in "For You" though.

From what I've seen, it's been bad ever since Elon took over. Not just when the subs were implemented. I saw alot of people thinking subs would help their reach, but it didn't make a difference. Even some saying it got worse.

Even if you just look at a post, the algorithm will take that as you engaging with it and starts showing you more like that.

the algorithm favours bait posts. It will show people stuff based on what they interact with. It used to be only stuff you like, but Elon changed it to be all interactions. Atleast, if you use the "For You" tab. I disabled it with an extension for mental health sake. Now I only see "following."

Atleast last I checked. There's all these people jumping to get subscribed, thinking it will improve their reach, but it does not.
